Hello fellow book lovers!
Now all of us here know how much we love to read—heck, that’s why you’re on this site to begin with!—and one thing that I love about them are all the gorgeous cover designs out there! I mean, it’s like owning your own little art gallery in your reading space, and there are so many different styles out there that are effective and just absolutely outstanding to look at. I mean, I’ve totally been guilty about just staring at book covers in bed just because I love the artwork or the calligraphy or the overall look of it. I’ve even caught myself buying books that I may or may not need but was solely based off the cover alone. We’ve all heard the phrase “don’t judge a book by it’s cover,” but let’s be real, we all do it…A cover is supposed to initially draw us in, but then the story is responsible for keeping us there.
Just because I love covers so much, I created this post as a way to just collect some of the most gorgeous covers/editions of certain books I’ve read over the years, and even quite a few I haven’t touched yet, but definitely plan to! Take in all the different styles and aesthetics and ask yourself how it makes it an appealing or effective cover!
Do you see your favorite titles on here? If not, what’s your favorite book/series cover or edition? Let me know in the comments!
There are also plenty of gorgeous book covers of books I haven’t even touched yet!:
Thanks for Reading (and Viewing)!
